Using Vacation Days and PTO

PSA and advice to all those ~young professionals~ out there

PTO - paid time off

We all have PTO but why don't we use it? We work so hard to earn it then just let it sit there because we want to show we're "dedicated and committed" to the job. We think if we don't take time off, our superiors will see how hard we are working by never taking a break. Actually you're wrong. The truth is no one is really going to remember that you took that family trip to the beach or attended Aunt Susie's 3rd wedding. Taking this time off WILL NOT affect your career. YOU EARNED IT! Enjoy it!!!

I learned this the hard way so hopefully you guys can learn from my mistakes.
